With our cloud-based recording solution, we create high-quality audio and video recordings that are automatically saved to the cloud. You can participate live as a guest and contribute to the chat.

The recording is browser based* and there are no special requirements compared to a standard video conference.

Supported browsers

We recommend these browsers:

  • Windows, MacOS & Linux: Chrome, Firefox, Opera or Edge (Microsoft Internet Explorer is no longer supported)
  • iOS & iPadOS: Safari
  • Android: Chrome or Firefox

Avoid WiFi

We recommend always using a network cable to connect to your router/Internet.

Although WLAN works in most cases, it can cause problems such as connection interruptions, delays or loss of quality. The most stable connection always works via a network cable.

Checklist

  • Start preparing 10 minutes before the scheduled session

  • Use headphones to avoid feedback

  • Pay attention to disturbing background noise and switch your phone to flight mode

  • At the end of the recording, please wait until all files have been uploaded

  • Join the session using Google Chrome using the link sent via email

  • Give the browser access to the microphone, camera and location

  • Click on “Join Session” and enjoy the conversation!
